This home went through a complete remodel, taking it from 1992 to 2022 in 6 months. We removed some dated elements and finishes to bring it up-to-date both cosmetically and functionally. We also added a second floor above their garage. We added luxury amenities such as a state-of-the-art home-theatre and an exercise room, as well as a bar and powder bath to support these additional functions. My clients exercise everyday and are big movie-buffs, so they enjoy these additional spaces on a daily basis.
