Think of this journey as a road-trip! During the planning stage, you are in the driver’s seat, picking your destination and who’s coming along. During the design stage, your Architect drives the project and guides the direction. During the construction stage, your Builder is going to take over that role.

I believe that every client and project, big or small, deserves a thoughtful process and a conscientious approach. I've created a step-by-step process within each stage to ensure that you make sound decisions and move forward with confidence, without second-guessing. Clarity Call

During this free phone call, we'll talk about you, your house, your needs, and your goals.  We'll review your Project Brief, assess its feasibility, and answer your questions.  If you want to proceed with me, we can schedule Step 2.  No pressure!

Diagnostic Consultation

We'll meet at your site/ home to see what we're working with, talk about your needs, review the challenges and explore design solutions; discuss problems and opportunities, and nail down a path forward.  I call this the Needs and Options Review.

Custom Proposal

Now that we know the exact scope of your project, the specific steps we should take, and which of my three Service Packages  will serve you best, I'll send you a proposal of my services for Stage II and III.  I look forward to being your Architect! Yay!
